FAQ
What everyone asks
Does my customer need to download an app?
No. They use their Icono account in their phone’s browser. If they don’t have one, they sign up on the spot.
How much does it cost my customer?
Nothing. The business pays for the plan; your customer scans, collects and redeems for free.
What counts toward the monthly limit?
The coupon your customer loads into their wallet. A QR you generated that nobody scanned doesn’t count.
Can I give points instead of stamps?
Yes, on the Unlimited plan. You set how many pesos a point is worth and enter what they spent when issuing: points are calculated for you, rounded down.
Do stamps expire?
You decide. The QR you hand out always expires (for security), but what your customer already collected can never expire. If it does, we warn them first.
What if I make a mistake when issuing?
You can void the coupon as long as nobody has loaded it. With points, you see them in large type before generating the QR, to double-check.
Can my staff use it?
Yes. When you give the module to a staff member they start with issuing coupons and redeeming; you enable the rest. Settings and the plan are yours only.
How are deals charged?
They aren’t: deals are free and unlimited on any plan. Your customer sees them in their wallet and, in store, generates the QR you scan.
Can I try it before subscribing?
Yes. You can enter the module and browse every screen to see how it works. Issuing, redeeming or publishing requires a plan.
